The delay between you signing the
sales contract and completion of your new property in Tenerife,
gives you another opportunity, one that you have changed
your mind, about where the property or
the area is. You may be able to sell on the "right to
buy" to someone else, but watch out for the clause in
your sales contract that compels you to sell "the right
to buy" the property back to the developer prior to the
build completion. This restricts the investors rights to
sell on to anyone other than back to the developer
before the new properties are completed. There goes your
